After engaging with data and research, and marrying the ideas with the brand's overall business strategy, we developed Lord & Taylor, “a smarter way to shop”. this new approach to our customers and our brand allowed us to reposition ourselves in the market away from premium and classic competitors such as Nordstrom and Dillard’s And allowed us to transition into a Macy's and Kohl's environment.

Results
Ultimately the results yielded a successful sale of Lord & Taylor to a Private Equity backed Tech organization from San Francisco. The strategy also set the organization up for success as it bridged the years of America's oldest retailer partnering with a digital Tech retail organization.
